Avaya IP Cloud should be offered as an integration with Neos in addition to ring central. Avaya runs off of Ring Central, so this should be an alternative if a firm would like to use additional phone services.
If RingCentral can be integrated and the Avaya App which is BY RingCentral is not able to integrate, it does not make any sense. NEOS, please work on this integration as I am sure a lot of your clients utilize the Avaya App too.
Yes please do this. As an attorney, it is imperative that all of our communication with our clients is documented and allowing this integration with Neos is imperative. Other case management software providers have this integration, and Neos should as well.
