Cloud - Customize Header

The ability to edit the information displayed on the header would be nice. Add/remove fields is the main feature that we are looking for.

Add dormant filter to search screen status

We use "dormant" for cases which are closed but cannot yet be destroyed. We would benefit by being able to filter cases by dormant status in the search tab.

Toggling Auto-Start for Timers

The new timer feature can only be on and starting every time a case is up or turned off entirely. Is it possible to add a setting to let cases have the timer but not automatically start a timer? Maybe even on a case-by-case basis.

Ability to Duplicate Intake Mapping

I would like to duplicate the intake mapping for different case types but that is not an option without having to recreate the mapping.

Neos: Show Name ID in Search Results

In cleaning up duplicates, it would be very time saving to see the Name ID in the search results. Instead, now I have to open the provider card to see which provider is which.

Medical Treatment Tab with Recs/Bills Attached

It would be very helpful to have a medical treatment tab that we could associate records and billing to, which would have categories for dates of service, costs, etc.
