It has been requested that when a Zip Code is added with its 4 digit extension, that the City and State Autopopulate in Neos. Currently this is not happening.
I'm surprised nobody else has complained about this. It should be possible to add the 4 digit extension to an address in Neos. The post office created them for a reason and to not be able to add them (either manually or automatically) into Neos doesn't make sense to me.
