Add CC and BCC options to Neos Notes

It has been requested that, when sending notes as emails, as well as sending emails in general from Neos, that there be an option for CC and BCC.

Neos - Report List - Add a column to show the Category of the Report

If you have many categories, it will be easier to locate the report or set category permissions if we can see the category in the list.
