Make Intake Fields Expandable

Intake fields as shown in the attached screenshots should be made expandable or include a toggle for such a feature such that they could display the entirety of their contents without requiring the user to mouse over them to read.

Ability to void an invoice payment

Invoice marked paid by mistake you currently CANNOT remove the payment.

Emailed Documents Mislabels Document Format

When you send word documents (.docx) from Neos and select "PDF" as the attachment format, the created note will reference the .docx attachment instead of the newly created .PDF. This can be confusing when referencing documents.

Add a topic for tag to emails

please add the topic "Discovery" and "medical records" and "Authorizations" to the drop down list when tagging an email.

When changing the staff assigned on case screen, would like the checklist items that are open to update to the new assigned staff.

Would not have to go to the checklist and change initials for the new assigned staff for that position.

Refresh Buttons for Notes tab , Messages tab and Intakes tab (similar to refresh button on checklist)

Similar to blue refresh button on Checklist tab - this would be the easiest way to refresh Notes, Messages and Intakes

Ability to Calculate Date Fields- Neos

Would be super useful to be able to calculate dates-in-status for cases. This function would allow reports to be more compressive and robust. Please either add this to advanced search or make it a default report option.
