please add the topic "Discovery" and "medical records" and "Authorizations" to the drop down list when tagging an email.
This is done via Neos settings. Mini Directories and then Note Topics. And that let's you add/remove the topic for linking emails
The firm's Neos administrator has to do this, not Assembly.
