NEOS: being able to export the settlement memo in a Word document format for further modification

The firm/user want to be able to export the settlement memo to word so they can modify it further that way they can use it for their own benefit.

The word document version is hard to work with it would be better if it was a true unformatted word document. Now you cannot make changes or add descriptions to the items due to the boxes.

Being able to edit a settlement memo without each item being an image is huge to the firm. It would be nice to see this information exported to Word as normal text to be easily edited.
