Calendar Enhancements:ASAP - Because Customization Shouldn't Be a Luxury!!!!

Let’s talk about the Neos Calendar—a tool that should be working for us, not the other way around. First and foremost, why on earth can’t we LOCK staff colors and their placement on the calendar? If I want to see my team’s schedule in a consistent, orderly fashion every day, I shouldn’t have to rearrange the entire thing like a chaotic game of Tetris. At my firm, we primarily use the "DAY" view—so why can’t we lock that preference in instead of resetting it constantly?

Neos prides itself on being a premium product, yet the lack of basic customization options is baffling. For the price we’re paying, I’d expect more than just a cookie-cutter setup. Give us the versatility to tailor our experience to what actually works for our firm—not just what’s convenient for the software.

And while we’re at it, let’s talk about event details. When viewing a calendar event, the most critical information should be front and center—not buried in a sea of clicks. We need to see, at a glance, the client’s name, phone number, meeting location (in-office, in-person, or over the phone), and a brief description of what’s actually being discussed. Because let’s be honest—no one has time to go on a scavenger hunt just to figure out why they’re meeting with someone.

Neos, we love you, but do better. Give us the control we need to make this tool work for us, not against us.

The shifting of color codes, the changing views and all the other calendar issues have been the Achilles heel of Neos since the beginning. Here is my VERY affirming second to this. The shift to focus on AI is frustrating when such basic things as setting views and they staying put are unavailable.
