Our firms' workflow doesn't require the Neos calendar sync with the Outlook calendar. I think it would be AMAZING if a switch was created in the Neos calendar that would allow the user to disable Microsoft Outlook. It's a major disruption to my workflow when I am unable to schedule hearings to the Neos calendar because of issues with Microsoft. It is also extremely frustrating when there are issues with Microsoft, and Neos still allows you to schedule an event, because there is a high probability that something will be go wrong with the scheduled event. Such as the event not showing on all attendee's calendar, or 5 duplicate calendar events. I think it would be much easier to add anything needed to Outlook manually.
