About 90% of the time I re-name a document, Neos adds a "1" to the end of the new document name. This is incredibly annoying. Sometimes we have to re-name hundreds of documents. When the "1" gets added to the new name, it forces me to re-name a document twice, making my task take DOUBLE the time.
It's already annoying enough that I have to switch from "Preview" to "Details" to change the name of the document. Keeping things organized is very important for a law firm. All these tiny annoyances, cumulatively, add hours of unnecessary work.
