Neos - Drag & Drop Documents - Allow for name change

Allow the ability to change the name of the document when dragging/dropping to the docs tab

    You should be able to rename it when you drag and drop and also when you tag it from e-mail. It's not useful that Neos puts a link in a note when you tag a document if you have not first had the chance to rename it.
