I work with our vendors a lot via email, and like to post the correspondence to Neos to track conversations easier than trying to search email and maybe not find what I'm looking for. Currently, I have to search for the vendor each time, even if they are currently up on Neos or a previous email in the chain was already posted. It would be helpful and time saving to have this operate the same way as posting to cases.
