It would be extremely useful to be able to copy the document link from the dropdown box in the Case Docs tab. Our firm universally hates the tiny URL email from where you attempt to send an email in Case Docs (i could give you 30 reasons), so we copy the link from the sharefile folder and send using outlook. It would save several steps if the dropdown section of Casedocs allowed you to copy the sharefile link.
