When I try to copy a document to another case, it won't let me type the name of the other case. Therefore, this function is useless.
I would like to suggest the ability to use this function.
You need to change the search parameters from the dropdown menu--they default to "Case#/Intake#" in this pop-up. Change to "All" and it will let you type the name.
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
