Some names are very common, as an example we have one name that pulls up almost 20 results when we search. The ability to filter by case status in the search bar would make it faster to find the correct one in this case.
To filter client search with open cases only would be huge. I literally have over 20 James Smith cases and to differentiate which one has the open case is time consuming and should be easier. Im a small firm, I can’t imagine the problem with some of the bigger firms trying to figure out which case to open while the client is holding on the phone…
