Currently, if you click a phone number in Neos, in a case, to a counsel member or a non-party member, you're unable to link the call to the case.
Call logs are only able to be linked to a party/case
We need the ability to add medical providers, or any outside counsel to a case as well. This would allow us to not need to make an additional note in the case and would save time.
