we love the new calendar functionality of showing rescheduled and canceled events, BUT we need to easily mark recurring events in a series (like a scheduled trial) and quickly show that event as canceled when a case settles
right now if you cancel a recurring event in a series your only option is to delete that event both from Neos and Outlook and you lose the functionality of maintaining archival data
so in meantime our firm will have to stop using recurring/series events and individually mark events as canceled, but would be much better if Neos extends the same functionality that exists for single events to apply to recurring/series as well
