I just received a telephone call from a potential client on a traffic matter. When I run the DOI in Needles, it doesn't have a conflict. However, another person in the accident HAS contacted the firm, it is in Intake, a file has not yet been created. It would be nice the DOI from Intakes were included in the search and I would have been put on alert that our office had already received a call regarding that particular accident. Certainly do not want to be conflicted out of representing anybody.
