Neos Automation should be able to send an automated email to the referred to email address in a case to get status updates.
The email should include a link to the case in Neos so that the recipient can easily view the case details.
The recipient's reply to the email should be added as a note to the case in Neos and notify primary staff person.

This feature would help to improve communication between our firm using Neos and the referred to Attorney.
It would also help to keep track of the status of cases and ensure that they are being resolved in a timely manner.

Implementation:
The automated email could be triggered by a workflow rule in Neos.
The workflow rule could be configured to send the email after a certain period of time has elapsed since the case was created.
The email could be sent using the Neos Automation e-mailer with reply to being the Neos system to file the email back to the case.
