When viewing the calendar, would it be possible to see more information for each appointment? Right now for created appointments, we can see Subject, Type, and Party.
If possible, staff members would like to also see Time, Staff, and the Description of each appointment. (I understand the appointment lines up with the hours on the left of the screen, but staff members have still mentioned it would be easier if the actual time was listed on the green banner for the appointment.)
