Add a setting for 'Working Hours' display view in the Neos Calendar (allowing the user to choose their own hours to display) - appointments rarely occur outside of working hours for most staff, so being able to see just the hours of 8-5 would reduce white space and scrolling in the calendar

I think this is a great idea. I've never seen our company have something scheduled outside of work ours, except maybe a very special/specific occasion or situation, and even then, not past 6pm. This would make things less cluttered and make it harder to miss appointments etc.
