fix the checklist

need to be able to easily edit and remove unwanted items from the checklist. There are so many on mine - hundreds - that its useless to me and probably keeps getting more bloated.

i would like to purge and entirely and then add deadlines in by hand. Having automatic entries is not in anyway helpful to me. I'm sure its fine for other kinds of practices but obstructive/useless to me.

    So when trying to Deleting Checklist Item you get the below message and even full admin cannot delete Checklist Item if in any existing cases has that check list item with status of 'Done' or 'N/A' . But you can modify the items which will allow you to clean up your Primary check list as long as you understand that all existing cases will get the change as well.

    Deleting Checklist Item

    Are you sure you want to delete the following checklist item: CMM? WARNING! This checklist item will be removed from any Open cases where it exists with a status of 'Open' or <Blank>. If this checklist item exists in cases with status of 'Done' or 'N/A' or in any closed cases, then it will remain in the Primary checklist marked as 'Inactive' and won't be added to any cases from this point forward.

    This is an admin settings permissions issue. You need to ask your admin to be given permission to modify or delete checklist items.
