Providers often have with multiple locations and a different payment address. However, a provider should have 1 provider card w/ all their locations in order for accurate reporting. Templates do not allow us to choose "custom value" as an address. Please add this ability.

Oh man this would be amazing! Then we wouldn't have to add that provider again as separate contacts for each specific location. We'd just pull from the same provider card and choose the custom value (location/type) we are referring to.
