New text feature is great. Suggest, adding two-way media texting. (ability to drag and drop a single image/doc to text to client). Currently only the inbound texter can send images.
2. Some people when texting have a question then decide to try calling us - and place a call to the number we are texting them from. Currently they get a non-working number message. Can we add the ability to forward phone calls made to the text number to main office?

I feel this would be a very helpful option as well. There are many occasions where I send images to clients. I feel sending and receiving images via text is much easier for the client and it makes it easier for us to track because everything is held in one place.
This would be SOOOOO helpful if this feature were available. We spend much of our time receiving images from our clients and this would help us out with the least confusion with clients and separate text lines, etc.
