Allow for multiple layers of tags when merging a document with another that has it's own tags.
At present, only the tags in the document you're currently generating will be prompted, regardless if the document associated with say, the "Insert Doc" tag has tags of it's own at play.
Example: I have a template for a release that I would like to use the "Insert Doc" for including that release in a demand letter template. That way when we update our language in our standard release I can update the language in one place and any other place that release is being used will get automatically updated. Right now I have to remember all the places this release is being used and duplicate any changes in all places. I have tested and found that I cannot use the "Insert Doc" tag if the template being inserted has any tags of its own, which it needs in order to refer to releasing party and releasee.
