In each case you can add a reminder to each item and you'll get a notification via email or Neos, your choice (in settings). However, to go into each new case and set all of these reminders is tedious to say the least! The Primary checklist should allow for default reminders to be set on each item, especially SOL reminders and statutes.

There really should be an option to bulk update checklist reminders from under a case as well, a way to assign a default staff to reminders. Our company wants an option to remind all staff under a case for a reminder as well, they don't want to rely on a single party getting a reminder while that user is out of the office and no one knows they needed to pick up for that task.

Maybe integrating Primary Checklist with an outlook Task list so reminders will pop up in outlook / mobile devices / etc
