Value Tab's Provider Info and Transaction Summary areas not intuitive in layout
Client suggests that the Provider name and Code are the most important fields and should be filled in first and clicking out of one should lead to the other, or maybe they shouldn't be so far apart. Maybe the Provider Info and Transaction Summary areas need to be reversed. Maybe using Tab should hit the most important fields first. They complained but didn't offer practical solutions.
"Provider Info Value Tab, when adding an entry, you have to go to the right side of the screen and enter Transaction Summary information first, then go back to the left side of the screen to enter the provider info. If you do not do it that way, the provider you enter will removed and replaced with your firm name. These two sections of the screen should be reversed so that when you go to add an entry, the first entry would be the Transaction Summary info. The way it is now, it's difficult to maneuver smoothly through the entries because you have to continually click back and forth. "
I agree. It's very cumbersome and requires multiple clicks to select a vendor. Very frustrating.
