We need a color coding system for fast checking. I think that we could merge the current system with an updated color coding system by having a person's initials on the side, but then have the whole box change based on the activity. That way there is a mix of both

When an item on calendar is done, then have is change color. One color, or more open matter and once finished, or closed change to a different color, like in NEEDLES.
