Would like to be able to change the default calendar Start-End time? Right now, if you are on the Calendar, and you Add and Event, it will default to a time of 15 minutes for the appointment. However, if you are in the client’s case and go to Case Calendar and hit Add, it will give you a default time of 30 minutes.
Either way, it would be nice to be able to change the default duration of the calendar entry. That is just one less thing to do when making a calendar entry.
