Can an "Activity Feed" be per user in additional to each case. It would be nice to see all the cases that I looked at or worked on in one day, week, etc. In case I forget what case I worked on and rather than go through all of my cases, I can look through my activity feed.
Also on the Activity Feed can the icons be different colors? I just see orange circles.

I need to compile my time for a specific case, and it would be so helpful if we could export, or at least print to PDF, the Activity feed for a case, to make this process easier. Being able to print or export the activity feed for a specific employee would be helpful when doing employee reviews.
This would be incredibly helpful in daily operations for my team!
