Currently, inside of Needles 5's Outlook Addin the default note topic is set to be "Email"; however, it would be a great addition to be able to set the default note topic, or not having one for posting an email to Needles from Outlook.
If a firm decided to set the default note topic to nothing/none, they would force the poster to choose a note topic instead of accidently putting emails under a generic note topic of "Email".
