Provide a way to change the "topic" in a text from the text

Right now, if you send a text, it automatically categorizes it as "text message" in the "topic" in notes. Then, you have to open it in notes to change the topic. We need to be able to assign the correct topic from the text message when drafting it.

Document tab Sending Email option need staff assigned

Currently the Document tab Sending Email option only shows the parties/providers/client email in the case. It would help dramatically to also have the staff assigned to the case in the drop-down.

Intake Pro Individual Seat Pricing

There are only two people in my office that would benefit from Intake Pro. I think it should be sold by seat, not require the entire office to upgrade.

Turning off Notifications after a Case is closed

Add a feature that turns off all reminders for cases that are closed or settled.

User Tab Edit Capabilities

Neos has 10 user tabs but only 5 are list entries. We would like to make more user tabs lists vs. entry. Additionally having the option to add more tabs would be even more helpful and being able to choose list/entry.

Add the ability to filter names by case status

Some names are very common, as an example we have one name that pulls up almost 20 results when we search. The ability to filter by case status in the search bar would make it faster to find the correct one in this case.

Limit the Primary Staff dropdown to certain individuals in the Intake Screen

Add a reply/delete button for messages

Add a button when opening or previewing a message that would open a reply window and, when that reply is sent, automatically delete the message from your inbox.

It's not the date the document was created...it's the date it was last accessed.

Build PDF Editor to include signature and bookmark functions

I like the idea of having the PDF editor but I think it needs some more functionality to it still. Specifically sending a document with a signature field or entering bookmarks in a PDF would be great.
