DocuSign Status

There should be a way to quickly see the progress/status of the DocuSign document in NEOS. After a document is sent out for signature, there is no way in NEOS to know if the document was sent and the current status of that document.

Take the default off address

If mail comes back returned be able to uncheck the default as it is no longer useful and we do not want to pull it in mass mailings.

Ability to tag delivery receipts and read receipts from Outlook to Neos

Delivery receipts and read receipts are important to a case for proof of service and need to be able to be saved to a case.

Neos: Ability to print or export items from Sent Messages, to include the whole message

It would be very helpful to be able to print or export messages from the inbox (any folder) with the full contents of the message.

Case Search: Ability to reorder the cases that appear under a party's name.

We would like the ability to reorder cases under parties with multiple cases in the Neos search. (For example, sort by active cases on top)

Tagging a Neos note to a Negotiations.

When an attorney or case manager selects a Negotiation note topic, we would like to force a step that would require them to tag it to a specific Negotiation.

Neos Today Calendar - Only show items that are Open

As calendar events are marked as Done or Canceled, they should be removed from the Neos Today calendar as they are no longer required for the day. the user should have an easy place to go to see what is active for the day, which is what Neos Today...

Addressing email does not cache recipients.

When sending email from Neos, you have to manually type internal team email addresses. Can we cache those once addresses or sync the with Outlook global address book?

Neos - DTF Toggle Settings

The DTF Toggle, Would like there to be a way to select the default setting per user for the toggle to be on or off so that when transactions are added DTFs are not mistakenly made.
