Function to mass update multiple case types at the same time or push a change to the same tab to multiple cases.

This would save massive amounts of time and ensure a case type an update should apply to wasn't mistaken missed because the user had to update 10 case types and missed one.

Please add a print option for intakes. Where only the intake information prints instead of having to print out the entire website information. This would be really helpful. Thanks.

We would not need to waste so much ink on things that are not a part of the intake such as the search bar on top and all of the quick links to clients tabs and NEOS options bar on the left. I hope this makes sense.

Activity Feed Report

It would be useful if there was an Activity feed by staff report or if the Activity feed and fields within it could be used to create a Advanced Search.

Add credit card charges to integrator

Obviously we use credit card to pay for reports as well as other things for cases. It seems crazy that this is not on option in the integrator.

Neos: Filter in the Outlook Add-in to limit by Open Cases Only or List by Date Opened newest to oldest or by staff assigned

This is very helpful if you have someone with a very common name that garners a lot of results when you search by name.
