Notification Sound

Play a notification sound when a new message is received. In Needles 4 when a new message was received you would hear " You have a new message". I never thought I would miss hearing that...but I do.

Please unscramble the provider name when you click copy name and address as it is pasting the name backwards

It would be efficient for this to be corrected as I use this feature for doing my job. This use to work correctly now since update it has not worked.

Ability to customize the Case Header with Colors

The case header color blends in with the rest of the page or information on the client case. It would be easier if the case header is a different color for fast reference.

Need an ability to prevent people from accessing SharePoint.

There needs to be a way (permission) to prevent staff from accessing the SharePoint folder from within Neos. A control for deactivating the button to access SharePoint. THIS IS CRITICAL - PLEASE

Neos: When adding a new checklist to the primary checklist, it is automatically added to the intake checklist. Add an option to select whether to add to just cases, or add to both cases and intakes

Sometimes the checklists are not needed until the intake is made a case. Because the staff role doesn't exist in the intake, it is automatically assigned to the main person and is muddying up their checklist reports.
