Add the ability to tag multiple documents at once.

Users may be uploading large quantities of documents at once. Needing to tag each document individually can be inconvenient, especially if there's hundreds of documents that will be tagged the same.

Delete Cases

We should be able to delete cases. The "Recycle" option isn't good enough - I would like to be able to completely delete cases from the system.

"Select All" option when Uploading Documents

When you upload documents to a case on Neos there should be an option to "Select All" so you can bulk action and change the category, type, and tags of the uploaded documents. Right now you have to click the checkboxes individually to change them.

Return the Provider's Contact Info to the Preview Window for Value Items

Franklin D Azar reports that their Accounting Team used to be able to see the Provider Information in the Preview Window of a value item and now they cannot see it as conveniently and they would like this functionality restored please.

Default Provider Card add the business name (Provider Company)

Under the Default Provider Card we would like the ability to add the business name (Provider Company) and have it linked to the business name (Provider Company) instead of needing to create Provider Associations Groups

Add one line of Synopsis screen to the individual cases durng search

It would be very helpful if we could see at least the first line of the synopsis when searching for cases where the party has multiple cases. Often time we identify the case by the body part which is listed in the synopsis.

Search by Auto "Policy" Number

On Needles we have that we can search for claim number, so why not policy numbers? This would help us find/search for insurance companies faster.
