Default Provider Card add the business name (Provider Company)
Under the Default Provider Card we would like the ability to add the business name (Provider Company) and have it linked to the business name (Provider Company) instead of needing to create Provider Associations Groups

Do we even need separate Company and Person Contacts? Make it like Outlook where it is combined.
