Value tab slider added for lien/collection

Same option as DTF when adding transaction to value tab. So it clears out expense and add a separate one to DTF, but instead it adds to lien/collection

Neos- Auto-refresh calendar

Case Field type Money

If it is $24,864.27 (it allows a period) then it looks like 24864.27. Can we make it so that when the page is saved the system puts in the comma(s), and dollar sign?
