Add Firm Name toggle to PDF export of report.

When a user exports a PDF from a report, they have the option to add the firm name and logo to the exported report; however, it's missing the firm's name. Please add a toggle to add the firm's name next to the logo.

Searching Common Names in Neos

When searching common names in Neos, there is no way to tell the difference between all of the 'John Smith's that may be in a firm's system. Would like case details to be added into the sections to differentiate from one another.

User would like to be able to copy ud tabs from within a case to ud tabs in other case types

User is trying to have multiple different ud tab and list in the set up for wc information in a mva case but she can only copy from user entry tab 6 in to user entry tab 6.
