We have had numerous employees going into the settings and changing our integration links, staff profiles, etc. It will be beneficial to lock non-admin staff out of the settings completely that way no issues arise from employees changing things or accessing data they shouldn't
You do that in Permission Groups. Create an Administrator Group and Staff Group and give permissions accordingly. Look at the Knowledge Base for information on Permission Groups.
