Add Search Contents of Files to the Browse Documents tab.

This function currently only exists in individual cases. There are users who would like it to be available from the Browse documents tab to search the entirety of their database at once.

Messages - Add ability to filter by 'Sent To' and search keywords in the message text in list view

Currently you can only filter by Taken By, would like the ability to filter by 'Taken By' - we would like to be able to filter by 'Sent To' as well as keyword search message text in the list view
