Add ability to change the Status Options and Logic in Checklist

Firm would like the option to edit the Status dropdown in the checklist to add their own options and logic

When a case is reassigned, an automatic email should be sent to the staff members

When a case is reassigned to a different staff member, an automatic email should be sent to all parties included in that case

Save Note Pop-Up

When leaving a note without saving, the pop-up just asks if you want to leave without saving the changes but doesn’t give you the option to actually save the changes in the pop-up.

Unable to arrow scroll through messages

If I click to open a message in a tab, It would be useful if we were able to click arrows (left/right:up/down) to search through my messages, maybe even use arrow keys.

Noes: Move over Save Button

All the tabs are aligned to the left and the save button on each tab is to the right. It makes more sense to have the save button positioned on the left side of the screen, which is where you look at all of your tabs and other items.
