Pull phone numbers from caller ID and load the case profile

When clients call in, Needles should automatically pull up their account based on an associated telephone number

Access List of Case Types from our Pie Charts

We can select one of the sections on the pie chart, but all it does is make that color more prominent. It would be pretty cool to be able to click it and get a list generated of just those cases (NEW, TRT, DEM, ect.)

Save Note Pop-Up

When leaving a note without saving, the pop-up just asks if you want to leave without saving the changes but doesn’t give you the option to actually save the changes in the pop-up.

Unable to arrow scroll through messages

If I click to open a message in a tab, It would be useful if we were able to click arrows (left/right:up/down) to search through my messages, maybe even use arrow keys.

Noes: Move over Save Button

All the tabs are aligned to the left and the save button on each tab is to the right. It makes more sense to have the save button positioned on the left side of the screen, which is where you look at all of your tabs and other items.
