Download individual files as a file and not a zip

When you download a file from the documents tab, it downloads as a .zip file. That is great for downloading more than one thing at once, but for one document it should really just download the document.

otherwise, you have to monitor email, teams chat, messages and notifications; it is maddening to run musical chairs between 4 buckets all day...

ability to page thru 'ideas & enhancements' instead of open, read, close, open, read, close....

this is a great tool for efficient and effective feedback from the trenches, so why not make it easier for users to "page" thru these much faster like reading a book....thanks

Make another tab (ie, activity feed) the "home" page for cases instead of the case tab.

When we open a case, it automatially opens in the Case tab. It would be helpful to have the ability to set that ot the activity feed instea.

Neos - Calendar Reports - Should Populate with Today;s Date

Pro Hac Vice items in trialworks should be filed under the Motions tab, not the Pleadings tab

When our Attorneys file Pro Hac Vice items in FileIt, the only option is the pleadings tab. as Pro Hac Vice is a motion, we should be allowed to file them on the motions tab.
