CLOUD: ability to send document straight from the document tab

The client want to be able to send document straight from the document tab. If they are able to do document send then it should be able to send documents via email as well rather than downloading it and then attaching and sending it.

Word Desktop Add-in For mac

Would like to see a desktop version of the word add-in for MAC as using the online version is not very convenient.

CLOUD: DTF to be created if the transaction is below $1.00

Cloud - Add To and From fields in tagged note from email

When tagging email sent in Outlook to Neos it only shows the body of the email and does not include who it was sent to and from like it did prior in Needles 4.

Cloud - Have option to disable access to Settings > Integrations

Currently there is not an option to disable access to Settings > Integrations and do not want staff to be able to access if they do not have admin rights.

Cloud - Add Party Name Column to Case Notes Master Report Template

Report displays case number but does not have a column to display party name attached to that case making it harder to tell the difference between each case.

Ability to add a checklist item from the Checklist Summary or Needles Today screen

It would be nice if you didn't have to go into a case to add a checklist item when you are in the Checklist Summary or Needles Today screen. It would save time and keystrokes.

Should be a dashboard or report that can be created, or already created, where anyone can see what cases have any 2 or more staff members assigned to one case.
