A bulk option to delete certain fields of data within cases as well as documents from cases.

Link Insurance Tab Dates and Negotiation Tab Dates to the Checklist

Firm would like the ability to link their Insurance Tab Dates (like 'Actual') and Negation Tab dates to the checklist and have them trigger checklist items

Report LIbrary Should be Collapsed by Default

The report library is overwhelming to some users and should be collapsed by default

Saving emails to Neos in the outlook email format - The current set-up has emails being saved to the "notes" tab. I actually find this to be extra clutter and the email gets converted as note. It's time consuming if I need to re-send an email that may have gone unanswered. I have to cut and paste into a new email. Emails should save as they are in a separate "emails" tab. So that I can open it and re-send it, if needed. I came from another program where the emails were set-up that way and when opening it automatically came up as an outlook email. Not only is it convenient for the reason mentioned above but it also preserves the entire email thread. The program we previously used, also allowed me to title that email. This would save a lot of time...and money!

Two factor Authentication 7 day do not ask

pop up to make a check request or not. You would not make a check request if you are adj for health ins payment.

User would like to be able to mass update the class type in the case tab

Currently the user has to go through and make a list and manually go through each case and change the class type. she would like to be able to change the class type to litigation for multiple cases
