Open cases at top of search

It would very helping, when searching cases within Neos and tagging emails to cases, if Neos would show all OPEN cases first and the closed cases at the bottom.

Adding or modifying the referred by and referred to fields on the case tab is not identified in the Activity Feed. Need to be able to see any changes made to the case, no matter which field or tab.

Bulk Update the Staff field from Advanced Search

It would be useful if the Staff field was able to be bulk updated from the the Advanced Search. Currently the field isn't available to be selected and the replace option from the staff profile is more than is needed at this time.
