When sending an email inside Neos have the ability to choose the note topic instead of defaulting to "email sent"

It would be nice to be able to choose a note topic for emails instead of having to manually fix them, i.e., demand, offer, etc.

Single Spacing in Notes Tab

As of now, the spacing in Notes is double-spaced. It is more beneficial to have notes single spaced so it's easier to read and doesn't look like multiple rows/paragraphs.
