Neos: Provide settings for search

When searching 'smith, d' the firm would like to see all results where the last name starts with Smith and the first name starts with D, instead of performing a contains search and showing any names that include D anywhere in the first name.

Include client name on case note print out

When you print out a case note, the client name is not on it. I have to manually write it on there. It should include the client name on the print out.

Quick Access Fields

Allow for the pinning of fields from the case to allow for quick access. e.g., claim no, attorney, case, number etc. Allow users to choose fields.
