Drafts in Needles

Hi! Would it be possible to enable some kind of feature on Needles so that when we are in the mist of typing a message and for whatever reason Needles shuts down, the computer or power outage, etc., it saves as a draft.

Make the task code a required field, or if the user has a default rate, automatically populate the billable amount based on that rather than waiting for a task code to be selected.

When a task code is set, the rate is auto entered, and the billable amount is calculated but it is not a required field. It would be helpful to make it a required field OR to automatically populate the staff billable rate so it does not cause $0 b...
